The Window of Wandering Souls serves as a portal to the captured spirits by Mother Grimm. Through incantations whispered in the tongues of ancient lore, one may beckon its presence. By arranging seven black candles in a circle, igniting them under the full moon’s gaze in front of a window, and chanting the invocation until the window manifests. Its glass, opaque with whispers of the departed, reflects the seeker’s true intentions. To release the ensnared souls, one must offer a piece of their own essence willingly, a sacrifice to balance the scales of fate and free the bound spirits. But warned. If one is not careful you can be pulled to the other side of the glass, lost forever.
“In the shadows of the haunted night,
Gnarled hands emerge, a spectral sight.
Through the window, fingers stretch,
Ethereal whispers, chilling and wretch.”
“Decay etched on each spectral limb,
A ghastly plea, a tale so grim.
Dreams weave an ominous thread,
From the abyss, the hands are led.”
“Desperate yearning, cold and bony,
A haunting reminder, chilling and phony.
In the void, their secrets creep,
The hands in the window, nightmares seep.”
